De Schoonste will take place on April 17 and 18, 2027.
After registration the jury will make the selection for the BiAF 2026.

You can register for De Schoonste 2027 using this form and choose your stand and any associated options. Your registration will then be jugded and you will be informed within ten working days whether you can actually participate.

Registration fee
When you register, you will immediately pay the registration fee of € 65 (excl. VAT). This for the administrative processing of your data, correspondence and the ballot.

Participation costs
Only in the second instance will you pay the participation costs. These depend on the size of the stand and any extras.

For registrations, a payment term of 10 days applies

Ballotage
The ballotage will take place on the basis of your website, social media and/or other online presentation(s). If these are not available, please send your CV and a minimum of 6, maximum 10 images to info@deschoonste.be

Height adjustable documentation table, includes black table cloth. The table top measures 100 x 50 cm, the table can carry a maximum of 12.5 kg.

Bringing your own furniture is not allowed without written permission, with the exception of required pedestals for 3D work. Please note that any additional materials must also be placed within the dimensions of the rented booth (not all or part of it in the aisle).

A large marketing and promotional package is used to bring the Belgian international Art Fair to the attention of potential visitors, art lovers, buyers and collectors. Most of the promotional and publicity activities are initiated and carried out by the Belgian international Art Fair. In addition, each participant contributes to the cost of additional promotion and receives publicity (and more) in return. Please choose the package that is most convenient for you.

Basic Promotion Package
- listing of your name and website on the Belgian International Art Fair website
- display of an artwork of your choice on the Belgian International Art Fair website
- digital admission tickets that you can email to your contacts as often as you like

Promotion Package Plus
- Basic Plus Package:
- A work of art of your choice featured on the Belgian International Art Fair’s social media
- A work of art of your choice featured in the BiAF 2025 flyer
- A work of art of your choice displayed on the four large screens on the exhibition floor, on a loop during opening hours)

Insurance to €5.000,-

Insurance € 15,-

Insure your works at retail value from the time you set up your booth until 5:30 p.m. on Sunday. The deductible is €250.

Maximum insured amount €15,- per €5.000,- (sales value artworks).
Members of the NABK (Gold or PRO) do not need to purchase this separately, they are insured free of charge through the NABK.

Cancellation protection 5%

With cancellation protection, you avoid a financial setback if you cancel your participation in this art fair. The fee is only 5% of your total cost. Upon registration, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
